Does not launch - I deleted it 60 seconds after I installed it

Downloaded app. When I click on the icon I get a one second look at a blank page and the camera button at the bottom, and then it bounces me out. So at this point, its nothing and I promptly deleted it. And yes, I have upgraded to OS 6.
